Australian Appenticeships include traineeships and apprenticeships:
- Minimum age is 15 years
- Traineeships usually take 1 - 2 years to complete and include non - trade areas such as real estate, retail, finance, business, hospitality and visual arts.
- Apprenticeships usually take 3 - 4 years to complete and include technical trades such as carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing and hairdressing.
